Don’t Just Watch, Take Part

Believe it or not, you have a huge competitive advantage over others as you have ambition to succeed in your home based business. And I know anyone who is reading this and is interested in the philosophy has ambition 
You see, most people lack ambition. They are too lazy and for this there is no remedy. For you this is a huge advantage. You are prepared to do what others do not. You are prepared to get in the ring while others watch and bemoan on your fortune.
There is one passage from The NEW Think And Grow Rich that I want to share with you on the subject and it was spoken by the great Teddy Roosevelt and I hope you can draw great inspiration from it as I have done.
“It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better.
The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly…Who errs and comes up short again and again…Because there is no effort without error or shortcoming.
Who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself for a worthy cause; who, at best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory or defeat” Teddy Roosevelt 1910
In your home based business be prepared to be the one in the centre of the arena taking the risks, taking chances. Don’t stand on the side lines and criticize others. People who make their home based business succeed are those who are prepared to stand in the arena and take chances. This gives you a competitive advantage. We have all met people who complain about their situation for one reason or another but how many take action to change things, only very few. Being one of those few people who takes the risk to change their situation through a home based business gives you the competitive advantage over those who do not have the courage to take action.
